We are reshaping the € 70bn European car leasing business, one of the largest yet-to-be disrupted markets! The traditional car leasing industry is slow, complicated and expensive. As a result, most SMEs and independents cannot afford to lease cars for their employees.

We put all our efforts to ensure that ordering and managing a car through LIZY is as easy as ordering a toaster on Amazon. Since 2019, our business has been growing rapidly as we’re incredibly ambitious. Our goal is to become the European leader in digital car leasing.

LIZY is a well funded startup with off-the-charts revenue growth and an amazing team of A-players. We’re backed by Lab-Box, the investment fund of D’Ieteren that aims to improve the mobility of people and goods in a scalable & sizable way.

🔎 Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Head of Sales to build a sales organization from the ground up for LIZY!

We have a proven track record with SMEs with limited dedicated sales efforts so far. We are looking for someone who can bring structure in our sales process and scale this to an international organization of 10 people of SDRs, AEs and account managers across multiple geographies in the next 3 years.

  • Good communicator: You are a good listener and you can deliver messages in a structured and convincing way.

  • Analytical mindset: You will develop our sales machine from the ground up, requiring a scientific and structured approach.
  • Resourceful: This is a largely unpaved road, requiring things we haven’t done before.

💪Qualifications

  • Successful track record in a high-paced sales environment, individual qualities are for us more important than years of experience.
  • Fully proficient in Dutch, French is a nice plus.

🔥 What you will do

  • Close first 25 SMEs: Develop a feeling for the market, product, type of buyers and common objections by being responsible from start to end for first 25 SMEs.
  • Develop the sales playbook (together with marketing): outreach cadences, sales materials and CRM procedures.
  • Build a sales org: Define the optimal sales org, recruit and attract the necessary talent in the next 2 years.
  • Help shape our product: Translate customer insights to concrete projects / features on the IT roadmap.
  • Provide input to marketing: Share ideas with marketing on how to generate a constant influx of MLQs.
