We are reshaping the € 70bn European car leasing business, one of the largest yet-to-be disrupted markets! The traditional car leasing industry is slow, complicated and expensive. As a result, most SMEs and independents cannot afford to lease cars for their employees.

We put all our efforts to ensure that ordering a car through LIZY is as easy as ordering a toaster on Amazon. Since 2019, our business has been growing rapidly as we’re incredibly ambitious. Our goal is to become the European leader in digital car leasing.

LIZY is a well funded startup with off-the-charts revenue growth and an amazing team of A-players. We’re backed by Lab-Box, the investment fund of D’Ieteren that aims to improve the mobility of people and goods in a scalable & sizable way.

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for a Head of Growth to build a repeatable and scalable inbound growth engine for LIZY!

You will have full responsibility for all our growth and marketing efforts and will help build an international growth team. You’ll work closely with the founders and take ownership of our global marketing strategy. We'd like a self-starter who’s comfortable exploring above the line, below the line and everything in between.

  • Organized: You are highly structured, an excellent project manager and document everything you do.
  • Quantitative Approach: You know numbers drive growth, you use a data-driven approach to solve problems.
  • Long-Term Oriented: Your true north is growth, everything you do is scrutinized by its potential impact.
  • Task Management: You know how to prioritise and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Challenge Lover: You are not afraid of challenges, nor to look for creative ways to overcome them.
  • Never-Ending Learner: You are extremely curious, hardworking and eager to learn.


  • You have 5+ years of relevant marketing experience in a high-growth environment.
  • You are a leader with experience in building a top performing marketing team.
  • You have a proven track record of scaling a B2B-company through various acquisition channels.
  • You are fluent in English.

🔥 What you will do

  • Build and motivate an international growth team to drive pipeline through existing channels.
  • Grow performance of organic acquisition channels (read: SEO).
  • Implement successful inbound marketing campaigns towards SMEs to support Sales.
  • Uncover, leverage and hack new channels to further accelerate growth.
  • Further deepen our measurement frameworks and tracking CAC vs. LTV.
  • Optimize full funnel conversion (CRO) through data driven experimentation.
  • Deeply understand our customers, their segmentation and different use cases.
  • Define and execute go-to-market strategies for European expansion.
  • Collaborate closely with the co-founders, Head of Sales and Product Manager.
  • Be part of the management team, co-create the company long-term strategy, 12-month roadmap and quarterly OKRs.
