Who are we looking for ?
We are looking for a motivated Business Development Representative (BDR) to build up a wide range of experience, knowledge, and network and play a major part in the company‘s global growth. Get the opportunity to excel in generating highly qualified sales leads, collaborate strategically with your sales partner(s) to identify, research and target the right companies and have a huge impact on LIZY's growth.
Business Development serves as a talent pool of high potentials for many other departments in the company, such as sales, customer success, and marketing. This is where it all starts!
🙍♀️ About you
- >1 year of sales experience in a fast-paced environment
- Winner’s mentality: You have a drive to be successful and you have the right flexibility and mindset to achieve results.
- Resourceful: This is a largely unpaved road, requiring things we haven’t done before. You can take independent decisions and initiatives.
- Self-learner: Strong desire to constantly improve and scale yourself.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Dutch, French is a big plus
- Affinity for automotive is a plus
- You want to be part of a fast-growing & ambitious start-up
- History of exceeding measurable goals
- Excellent time-management and prioritizing abilities
🏋️ Your mission
- With your drive and charisma, you build a client portfolio consisting of SMEs and Freelancers across Belgium.
- You develop a strong understanding of the sector and current mobility changes, and feel comfortable with sharing your expertise.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop a strong funnel of quality leads
