We are reshaping the € 70bn European car leasing business, one of the largest yet-to-be disrupted markets! The traditional car leasing industry is slow, complicated and expensive.
We put all our efforts to ensure that ordering and managing a car through LIZY is as easy as ordering a toaster on Amazon. Since 2019, our business has grown rapidly with € 30m sold contract value as a result. Our goal is to become the European leader in digital car leasing. We are well-funded (> € 5m raised) and have a team of rockstars to make this happen (ex-Mck, Uber, Google, Proxyclick, Odoo, ...)
🔎 Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an account executive to build a sales organization from scratch. We have a proven track record with SMEs with no dedicated sales FTEs so far, and we have more inbound leads than what we can handle. We are looking for someone who can bring structure in our sales process and scale this to an international organization of 10 people of SDRs, AEs and account managers across multiple geographies in the next 3 years.

- >1 year of sales experience in a fast-pace environment
- Winner’s mentality: You have a drive to be successful and you have the right flexibility and mindset to achieve results.
- Resourceful: This is a largely unpaved road, requiring things we haven’t done before. You can take independent decisions and initiatives.
- Self-learner: Strong desire to constantly improve and scale yourself.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in Dutch, French is a big plus
- Affinity for automotive is a plus
- You want to be part of a fast-growing & ambitious start-up
🔥 What you will do
- With your drive and charisme you build a client portfolio consisting of SMEs across Belgium.
- You understand the needs of our customers, and how buying decisions can be different for each stakeholder you engage with (CEOs, CFOs or HR managers)
- You are responsible for the entire sales process, from reaching out to hot leads to guiding customers to order their first cars with us.
- You develop a strong understanding of the sector and current mobility changes, and feel comfortable with sharing your expertise.
- Develop the sales playbook (together with marketing): outreach cadences, sales materials and CRM procedures.
